Return to the World of Dinosaurs: A New Journey for Young Explorers

After their unforgettable journey to the age of dinosaurs, Misha, Lisa, and Vanya couldn’t stop thinking about what they’d seen. Diplodocuses, triceratopses, and even a tyrannosaurus – it all felt like an incredible dream they didn’t want to wake up from. Every time they met, they reminisced about their adventure and made plans to return to the past one day.

One day, they visited Professor Andrew’s lab once again. The professor noticed the spark in their eyes and smiled, “I know why you’re here. You want to go back to the dinosaurs, don’t you?” The kids nodded excitedly, and the professor agreed without hesitation.

“This time,” said the professor, “I’ve set the time machine to an even earlier period. You’ll be in the Mesozoic Era, where the planet was full of ancient forests and lakes, and some of the biggest dinosaurs were just beginning to dominate the Earth.” The kids eagerly awaited new discoveries, and soon, the cabin lit up once more, taking them back to a distant past.

When the light faded, a whole new world appeared before them: ancient trees stretched upward like giants, and the air was filled with the sounds of huge insects and calls from birds they had never heard before.

“This is even more amazing than last time!” Vanya exclaimed, looking around. Lisa immediately noticed that some of the trees had strange, purple leaves that glowed in the sunlight.

They had barely taken a few steps when an enormous dinosaur with a long body and a crest on its back appeared from behind the bushes. “It’s a Spinosaurus!” Lisa gasped. They had only seen this predator in pictures, but now he was standing right before them. The Spinosaurus didn’t notice them—it was headed towards the river, sparkling in the sun’s rays.

The children stood frozen, watching this giant as it drank water leisurely. Then it swung its tail and, oblivious to the tiny observers, continued along the riverbank. The kids were thrilled, never expecting to see such a dinosaur up close.

They decided to follow the Spinosaurus from a safe distance. After a while, they spotted a group of other dinosaurs—huge, long-necked herbivores. “Those must be Brachiosauruses!” Misha whispered. These giants moved slowly across the green meadows, munching on the treetops.

Lisa remembered the camera they’d brought and started taking pictures. The kids exchanged excited looks—they wanted to capture every moment of this once-in-a-lifetime experience.

But the excitement didn’t last long. Lisa suddenly heard a loud roar and saw a Tyrannosaurus emerge from the bushes on the meadow. It spotted the herd of herbivores and headed straight for them. “We have to hide!” Vanya whispered, and they quickly took cover behind a tree, keeping their eyes on the scene.

They watched as the Tyrannosaurus approached one of the Brachiosauruses. But the Brachiosauruses didn’t seem frightened; they simply turned away and moved along, leaving the predator empty-handed. After thinking it over for a moment, the Tyrannosaurus turned towards the forest, paying no attention to the children.

Realizing the danger had passed, the kids decided to return to the river. There, they found another unusual discovery—a set of ancient bones. They began carefully uncovering the sand around the find and discovered a well-preserved skull of a small dinosaur. “This might be the bones of an ancient ornithopod,” Lisa guessed, examining the skull.

The kids knew this find would be important to the professor and decided to bring it back to the lab. As soon as they collected everything, the professor’s voice came through their headphones: “Kids, it’s time to return!” Although they were reluctant to leave, they understood it was necessary.

They returned to the lab, where the professor greeted them with a smile. “Your discoveries are amazing! This proves that even in the past, when the Earth was filled with giants, life was diverse and full of mysteries,” he said, proud of their work.

This journey left unforgettable memories in the children’s hearts. They knew that one day, they would travel to the distant past once again to uncover even more secrets of the ancient world.
