Once upon a time, there lived a hare who built a little hut for himself. It was simple, made of wood, but sturdy. Next to him lived a fox, whose hut was made of ice, beautiful and sparkling in the sun. Then, one day, spring came, it warmed up, and the icy house melted. The fox was left without a home and decided to trick the hare out of his house.

The fox came to the hare, knocked on the door, and said in a sweet voice:

– Little hare, let me in your hut to warm up! My house has melted.

The hare, kind and trusting, let her in. But the fox immediately kicked him out:

– Now this is my house! Go wherever you want.

The hare tried to chase the fox out, but she was clever and mean. What could the hare do? He sat under a tree, crying. A dog was passing by.

– Hare, why are you crying? – asked the dog.

– The fox chased me out of my house, – replied the hare.

– Let me help you chase her away!

They went to the hut. The dog barked:

– Fox, get out of the hare's house!

But the fox answered:

– When I leave, when I jump out, the scraps will fly all over the corners!

The dog got scared and ran away. The hare cried again. A wolf came by. He saw the hare and asked:

– Why are you crying?

The hare told him everything, and the wolf offered his help. They went to the hut, and the wolf shouted:

– Fox, get out of the house!

But the fox threatened him too:

– When I leave, when I jump out, the scraps will fly all over the corners!

The wolf got scared and ran away. The hare was left alone again. He cried bitterly. Then, a bear came by.

– What's wrong, hare? Why are you crying?

The hare told the bear his problem. The bear promised to help. They went to the hut, and the bear roared:

– Fox, get out of the house!

But the fox yelled back:

– When I leave, when I jump out, the scraps will fly all over the corners!

The bear got scared and ran away. The hare was now completely desperate. Then he heard a rooster. The rooster was walking by, swinging a scythe over his shoulder and singing cheerfully:

– Cock-a-doodle-doo, I’m not afraid of anyone!

– Rooster, help me, – asked the hare. – The fox chased me out of my house, and no one can get rid of her.

– Don’t worry, – said the rooster. – I’ll teach her a lesson.

The rooster chases the fox

The rooster went up to the hut and loudly cried out:

– Hey, fox, come out of the house, or I’ll swing my scythe, and the scraps will fly all over the corners!

The fox got scared when she heard the rooster marching with a scythe and jumped out of the hut, running into the forest. No one ever saw her again.

The hare thanked the rooster, returned to his home, and from then on, he became more cautious and stopped letting strangers into his house.

Moral: This story teaches us that bravery and determination always help us overcome difficulties. It’s also important to be cautious and not trust tricksters.
