The Bunny and the Squirrel: A Game of Hide and Seek on the Forest Meadow

On a sunny day, the Bunny and the Squirrel decided to play hide and seek on a large forest meadow surrounded by bushes and trees. The forest meadow was the perfect place for games: thick bushes provided many hiding spots, and tall trees with sprawling branches offered shade, creating cool, shady corners.

– Let’s play hide and seek, – suggested the Bunny, hopping excitedly. – Let’s see who can find the best hiding place!

The Squirrel eagerly agreed and responded cheerfully:

– Great idea! I’ll count, and you hide. You have ten seconds to find a good spot!

The Bunny nodded and, trying to be quiet, quickly hopped off to find a suitable hiding place. It looked around, trying to find a spot where it wouldn’t be discovered right away. Spotting a dense bush, the Bunny crouched down and hid among the branches, carefully trying not to make any noise.

The Squirrel began to count: one, two, three... When it reached ten, it opened its eyes and started to look around carefully.

– Where are you, Bunny? – it whispered thoughtfully, squinting.

When the Bunny finally found the Squirrel again, they decided to take a little break and sat on the grass to rest and share their impressions of the game.

– Did you notice how quiet it is when we play hide and seek? – asked the Bunny, looking at its friend.

– Yes, – replied the Squirrel. – It’s as if the forest helps us hide when we are quiet and attentive.

The Bunny nodded.
