Short Description: This fairy tale tells the story of Lao the turtle, who helped two fish learn to work together. A kind and instructive story about friendship and cooperation.
On the banks of the great Yangtze River lived an old turtle named Lao. She was known for her wisdom, and animals often came to her for advice. One day, two fish, Liang and Fan, swam up to her, arguing loudly.
"Why are you yelling at each other?" the turtle calmly asked.
"He always pulls the net in the opposite direction!" Liang complained.
"And he's too slow and never listens to me!" Fan grumbled in response.
The turtle pondered for a moment and then said, "If you do not learn to work together, you will never gather enough food." But the fish did not listen and continued to argue.
The next day, Lao called the fish to her and showed them a net tangled in the weeds. "Try to pull it out together," she suggested.
The fish resisted at first, but then they began to pull the net from both sides. After a while, by working together, they managed to free it. To their surprise, the net was full of delicious crayfish and shrimp.
"Do you see what happened when you worked together?" the turtle smiled. The fish thanked Lao for the lesson and from then on always helped each other, becoming best friends.
Moral of the Story: Together, you can achieve much more than alone. It is important to listen to each other and cooperate.
