Meeting with Dolphins

It was a sunny morning, and Mila, the little mermaid with green hair, decided to head towards the shore to see the world above the water. She was always curious about the mysterious surface world, and today she had a feeling that something special awaited her. She swam through the clear waters, admiring the marine plants, until she spotted a joyful pod of dolphins playing nearby.

One of the dolphins, noticing her, swam closer and greeted her warmly:

– Hi, Mila! I’m Finn. What brings you to the shore today?

Mila happily replied that she just decided to go for a swim and learn something new, as each day for her was an opportunity for new discoveries. Finn and his pod were friendly and invited her to spend the day with them.

– We’re about to jump above the water! Would you like to join us? – offered the dolphin.

Mila eagerly agreed, though she felt a bit nervous, as she had never tried to jump so high out of the water. But Finn and his friends were ready to teach her everything they knew.

They swam to a more open part of the shore, free of large reefs, and the dolphins began showing her how to jump properly. Finn was the first to leap, easily soaring out of the water and spinning gracefully in the air before splashing back down. The other dolphins followed suit, performing impressive jumps.

– Come on, Mila, give it a try! – encouraged Finn.

Mila gathered her courage and made her first jump. She didn’t reach a great height, but the dolphins cheered her on and praised her, saying it was fantastic for a first try. Encouraged by their words, she tried again and again, each time rising a little higher out of the water.

Soon, Mila was gracefully leaping above the water alongside the dolphins, feeling the sun warmly on her skin and the breeze brushing her face. She enjoyed every moment, as this was something new and thrilling for her. During a short break, the dolphins began sharing stories of their travels along the coast.

– Sometimes we swim far off to giant rocks and beaches that stretch for miles, – said a dolphin named Spike. – There, we see many amazing creatures and sometimes even humans.

Mila listened intently, and Finn told her a story about how they met a giant sea turtle who swam with them for a while, sharing her experiences and knowledge about faraway seas.

– The turtle told us a legend about a glowing island where, every morning, a giant moon rises instead of the sun, – added Finn with a mysterious smile.

Mila listened with excitement to every story, as they broadened her understanding of the world and inspired her for new discoveries. The dolphins invited her to join in some fun games, where they would swim to a specific point, make a circle, and return. This race was full of laughter and joy, and Mila felt like she was part of the pod.

As the sun began to set, casting soft pink and golden hues over the sky and water, Mila felt a gentle tiredness but also immense happiness from spending the day with her new friends. Before they said goodbye, Finn and his pod promised they would be happy to see her again and looked forward to more meetings.

– Thank you for this amazing day, – Mila said, hugging Finn. – I’ll never forget our jumps and your stories.

Bidding farewell to her new friends, Mila made her way back to her underwater kingdom, full of memories and inspired for more adventures.
