Friend’s Day

In this story, the little dinosaurs prepare a surprise for their friend Spike. Each of them thinks of a unique gift, and together they organize an unforgettable celebration filled with fun games, surprises, and moments of friendship.

Friend’s Day

It was early morning. Rex, Trixie, Lucy, and Pip gathered in a small clearing, far away from home so no one could see them.

“Today is a special day,” Rex began, looking at his friends. “It’s Friend’s Day, and we should do something special for Spike!”

Trixie nodded. “Yes, let’s surprise him! But what should we give him? He’s so kind and always helps us.”

“Maybe we could set up some fun games for him?” suggested Lucy, fluttering her wings happily. “He loves running and jumping!”

Pip scratched his head, thinking. “And Spike loves finding treasures. Let’s hide something special for him to find!”

“Great idea!” Rex exclaimed, wagging his tail. “Then we’ll have two gifts: games and a hidden treasure!”

They started planning everything down to the smallest details to make the surprise as fun as possible. Each friend chose which gift they would prepare for Spike.

“I’ll organize a race!” said Rex with a big grin. “Spike and I can race around the lake. He’ll love it!”

Trixie added, “And I’ll make him a beautiful flower crown. He loves flowers!”

Lucy suggested, “And I’ll teach him how to fly...well, something like it! We’ll jump from rock to rock, almost like flying!”

“And I, I...” Pip shouted excitedly, bouncing up and down, “I’ll make him a real treasure. I already know where to hide it!”

Finally, the day of the surprise arrived. Spike had no idea and was just wandering around the clearing when Rex ran up to him.

“Hey, Spike! Want to join us for a special day?” he asked with a mysterious smile.

“Of course! What kind of day?” Spike asked, surprised.

“It’s your Friend’s Day! Come on, we’re going to surprise you!” Rex laughed and pulled him to their meeting place.

When they arrived, Lucy was already standing on a big rock, waving her wings. “Hello, Spike! Today we’ll jump from rock to rock, just like flying. Want to try?”

Spike nodded happily. “Of course, let’s go! This will be fun!”

They started jumping from rock to rock, and each time Spike tried to jump as high as he could.

After jumping, Trixie called them over. She held a beautiful flower crown in her little paws.

“This is for you, Spike! A crown as a sign of our friendship,” she said, placing the crown on his head.

Spike, a little embarrassed, mumbled, “Thank you, Trixie. It’s really beautiful!”

Then Rex stepped forward and pointed to a large clearing. “And now for the race, Spike! Let’s see who can run fastest to the big oak tree and back!”

Spike laughed. “You can’t beat me, Rex! I’m faster!”

And the race began! Spike ran ahead, but Rex tried to keep up. Both laughed and cheered each other on.

When the race was over, Pip ran up to them.

“Spike, now we have the best part! I hid a real treasure!” Pip said excitedly, waving his paw. “Come on, I’ll show you where to look!”

All the friends followed Pip. He led them to a big bush and winked at Spike mysteriously.

“Go ahead, try to find it!” he said, pointing at the bush.

When Spike looked under the leaves, he saw a small sparkling stone and crystals arranged in a star shape.

“Wow! It’s a real treasure! Thank you, Pip!” he shouted, picking up the crystal.

After that, they all settled down on the grass, happily chatting and remembering how they prepared the surprise.

“This was the best Friend’s Day ever!” Spike said happily, hugging each of them in turn. “I’m so glad to have friends like you!”

They all laughed and hugged, knowing that many more adventures awaited them.
